Shopping Center ' Casa Mimbre" Havana City


As Chief Architect, I worked on this project,  which integrates a new building in the ruins of an old XIX century shop in one area of ​​historic value in Havana, is an structural steel framing and coated with drywall and light-gauge steel, and aluminum carpentry. However, with modern materials, the design fulfil all the requirements for this type of building.
The interior space is divided into small areas of sales and  two large areas for shoe shop and furniture, in addition, reserves an area for offices and storage
The supply of material was encharged by several italian factories and all the installations were designed by italian specialists.
