The apartment building projected tries to be a new prototype model for one of the most important residential areas of Lima, Peru.
This means that this project will contribute to the urban image of San Isidro, at the same time emphasizes the contemporary character of XXI century building destined not only for the district but to the Global city.
The architects is why they do not want to take into account only the parameters and regulations of the country, but you want to subscribe to international standards of quality, technology and global architectural design, try this purpose a precedent in terms of local standards, revitalizing local market and imposing paradigms of quality never before seen in the middle.

• Hall with counter for receiving documents by the custodian or guardian.
• Social areas (swimming pool, sunroof and roof garden on the top floor).

• Stairs
• Thirty-six (36) parking
• Elevator
• Deposits by department (as much as possible in the parking lot)
• Water Tank
• Trash chute
• Cistern
