The House of the Marques de Arcos is one of the most important building in Havana colonial, having been awarded the highest level of protection is in the interest of the Historian's Office to proceed with the rehabilitation of the property.
The building has been the subject of recent interventions, these have resulted in the repair of some areas, from 2009 and following the guidelines of the new owners, was changed the functions vested in the property in the earlier draft which led to the development of a new projection that satisfies the new requirements. Mixed functions will be develop in the three levels (Offices, Sales Areas, Cafes, Bazaars, Conference Rooms, and Expo, among other functions.)
Being a building of high Value was imposed a series of criteria to ensure the permanence of the most original elements.
